How to Return or Claim a Product

Does the purchased product not meet your expectations? Don’t worry. You can return the unwanted product within 14 days of receiving the package, without giving a reason.

How can I return a product? 📦
By law, you can return the product within 14 days of delivery. We know that online shopping is sometimes challenging, especially with shoes when you’re unsure about the size. That’s why we’ve created a size chart containing all the necessary information to help you select the perfect size for you.

When will I receive my money back? 🕑
Refunds are usually processed within 3 business days after we receive the returned product. You’ll be informed about the process via email. Please note, however, that we have up to 14 days to process the refund.

To ensure a full refund of the purchase price, please return the product unworn and in its original condition as you received it. The shoe box, paper, laces, tags, and inner fillers are part of the purchased product, so we kindly ask you to return everything. Missing components or worn products may result in deductions for cleaning costs or a reduction in resale value due to missing components.
